Adeline's experience showed from the listing price being right where we needed it to be , which allowed us to be patient in a slow moving market. We were not pressured to do a price reduction, because she priced the house right form day one. She went above and beyond to ensure that we stayed active and relevant in a time when it seems as if very few houses in the area was selling. It was always service with a smile. Adeline was an excellent communicator and great source of knowledge, and her steady presence made the entire home buying process much less scary. She got my fiancée and I moved into our house with little friction, and also got the rest of my fiancée’s family (mother & sister and her husband) into their own homes quickly and easily on top of that. Three families into three separate homes in a little over a month!

What I loved most about working with Richard is that he took the time to truly listen to me when I shared my wants and needs in a new home. He was guided only by my input, not what he thought would be right for me, like some other agents I have spoken with in the past. Richard was extremely attentive and responsive, and he provided great counsel in putting forward the best offer I could within my comfort zone - ultimately leading to an accepted offer during a highly competitive time for buyers. I had the pleasure of working with Richard on 2 occasions—first buying a house and then selling that house and buying another. He was always available to go to showings (of which we went to many) at the last minute, and was constantly and diligently searching for the perfect house for us. When I sold my house, he walked me through the process and helped me to get the house on the market—that house sold on the same day as it was listed! Richard even went so far as to help me clean to get it ready for showing. I highly recommend him as a realtor, whether you are buying or selling.

Jessica is a dedicated and very professional agent. We have sold 2 homes with her! She gives honest expectations and feedback. She helped us every step of the way not only with our sale but for any renovations and ideas. Both experiences had sentimental value and we of course wanted top value. Jessica compared all nearby sales and gave honest feedback, but continued to negotiate. She got our asking price!

From the first meeting, Richard was very easy to work with. He knew the market in our area, offered positive suggestions as to staging etc, put us in touch with people who could do some easy repair work before putting house on market and was with us throughout the entire selling process. He held 2 open houses which were well attended. He presented all offers to us and we were very happy with accepting an offer for full price. This was the 2nd house Richard helped us with and we were very satisfied with his professionalism, knowledge of the market and friendliness.
