Let me start with this, there is NO need to look further for a realtor, you have found THE ONE in Melissa. I have been working with Melissa for a long time to be able to get to this point. I had really been through a lot as a buyer and was very apprehensive to even try again after my experience in Hawaii; my former military loan officer at a top agency there didn't lock in my rate and it was a LOT higher when he finally did lock it in. So needless to say, I wasn't very trusting of the process. I also had some credit issues after the pandemic that were affecting my ability to buy right away... All of that and throw in a crappy military landlord, who is an agent here that caters to the military, but wasn't communicative and they had me waiting 2 months for a stove to be replaced. By then, I was DONE being a renter and wanted to buy. Melissa had told me a few months before that to reach out to one of her preferred lenders who would help me get where I needed to be to be able to buy a home. They did exactly that! So when the issues happened with my landlord, I called the lender to see what else I needed to do & they gave me the gold ticket. I was finally able to move forward on the steps towards homeownership again! Melissa found a few homes for me right away and toured them for me to record them for me while I was at work. Afterwards, I viewed the homes and made my decision. Melissa was there every step of the way throughout the sale to ensure that everything was handled appropriately and in a timely manner. I was so nervous that at some point I was going to be told that a mistake had been made and I wasn't going to be able to buy yet. Melissa was there through it all as a guide to me to reassure me and to reach out and talk to the lender for me & ease my anxiety throughout the process. I was actually even able to close a little bit early. I can't thank Melissa enough for all that she has done to help! She is truly the best and I highly recommend her!

I contacted Brian on a Friday afternoon with a tall order. We needed to find a home and have an accepted offer by Sunday. That gave him and us less than 72 hours to go from start to finish. He dropped everything and connected us with an awesome financing team that worked through the closing process in just under 30 days. We looked at over 20 homes in the 2.5 days we had and submitted an offer by Sunday afternoon. I could not recommend Brian and his team more!

I know this to be true because this is the second home for which I picked Brian as my realtor. And, if I buy another in the area or sell, I will pick him again. You don't have to know everything about the home-buying process - he does a great job of explaining, and he draws from a great deal of experience. He knows the market inside and out, and won't let you waste money if the asking price is too high.
