Helpful in navigating loan process. It was hard and long process. This was probably the most drawn out and terrible process. You have to make sure that you have good realtor who will advocate for you. I was told by alot of peers that this is normal for EL Paso. The sellers don't really care about the buyers once you are locked in. Due your diligence.
