We had been in the “hunt” for what seem like forever, no exaggeration! Brian and Elizabeth were so patient throughout it all. From the start to even when we said mmm we need a break from looking. They continuously checked on us making sure our needs and wants stayed up to sate with them just in case they saw something hit the market for us. I would have to say the most memorable moment was when my husband and I went with Elizabeth to look at new builds, on a whim. We drove from far east to horizon to see different models. Third and final one we said YES! Spontaneous is how we are and seeing Elizabeths face was priceless. The fun definitely didn’t stop there… months and months of a roller coaster and we finally made it to the finish line, the blue tape! It was like a weight was lifted until we get to the final home orientation. We get told we won’t be closing and it may be a day or two. I was discouraged but Elizabeth reassured me everything would be okay. Two days later we are closing, but not after a few more hurdles to the finish line. At the end I teared up when Elizabeth hugged me and I read the card she gave us. Never did I ever think my first buy would be built and to my liking, but here we are! 100000/10 recommend them as realtors, and those that care about you, your family and become friends along the way!

Our experience selling our home with the Service First team was excellent! They helped us to market and price our home just right, resulting in dozens of showings right away, and multiple offers after only 1 week on the market, we were thrilled!! They walked with us through the process every step of the way, helping us understand and negotiate the inspection and repairs process and all of the paperwork we were signing.
