Amy did a great job in navigating our first home purchase in a new state and new town. We were able to house hunt just in one weekend and Amy made sure we could see every home we wanted and suggested a few that fit our vibe. She was helpful in pointing out aspects of each home that we didn't consider and helped us realize what would work best for our lifestyle. Amy was professional, friendly, and made the process relatively stress free. She was readily available to answer any questions we had and did a great job of keeping us in the loop of what was going on throughout the purchase process. The communication was AWESOME and much appreciated since we were buying from out of state. And of course Amy is just a very kind person and you can tell she loves what she does and is a pleasure to be around. 10/10 recommend!

We worked with Phillip and Amy in 2018 to sell our home when we moved out of state. When we decided to move back we came back to them. Amy spent endless hours to make sure we saw everything we wanted, including previewing houses before we arrived in town. She dedicated a whole week to our home search. Once we were able to narrow it down Phillip came out to give us a keen eye on any problems we could anticipate on the inspections. He guided us through negotiations, inspections, and closing. When you work with Phillip and Amy you get an amazing team that can do it all!

Philip did such a great job getting our house sold. He priced the house higher than we expected and it sold in 2 days. The negotiation went smoothly and he explained the different scenarios clearly. My only complaint is when our house didn't appraise. I wish he could've done more about that. Perhaps offer to take a hit on his commission since we had to take a $7K hit off the original offer. Overall, we were pleased with our experience with Philip and would recommend him to others.
