We had a very odd situation with a buyer who "changed their minds" during the sales process for no reason. Philip was there every step of the way to help guide us through this situation. Philip always kept us up to date and explained what we could do - laying out all of the options for us to consider. He would provide suggestions when asked, but was always clear that whatever we decided to do, he would make it happen. He was there every step of the way through the process and successfully helped us get away from the first deal and seamlessly into a backup deal that went through quick. Philip walked us through the process of buying our home in North Carolina while we were still living in Massachusetts. When we traveled to NC, Phillip adjusted his schedule several times so he could be with us. He was constantly messaging us to give us details and updates on the process. Communication was excellent. He was with us on our home inspections and provided valuable information for us. The process of buying our house is over and we are still in communication with him. I recommend him 100%
