The Pickle Brigade was there throughout the entire process. We were moving from California, and there are always problems with someone in the selling/buying system. The Pickle Brigade handled all of the problems in an expeditious manner. Truly a professional group. I would not go to anyone else in this area to sell or purchase a house.

If you are looking for a home in the Prescott area, turn to Diane & Randall Breaux. We found Diane & Randall on the internet when looking to to move to Prescott. They were there from start to finish: * They listened to what we wanted and found several homes for us to look at that were what WE desired and within our price range. They showed their expertise of the market. * They wrote an offer for us that met our needs and wishes. * They communicated with us during the entire process with continuous updates. * When complications occurred, they resolved them prmptly. * They met our needs for an on-time closing. But what surprised us next was their continued contact after closing. They truly want their clients to experience the friendliness of Prescott; they went above and beyond to introduce us to other clients in the area to develop new friendships! We can truly say this was the best real estate experience we have ever had. We are now proud to say, The Breaux's are our friends not our realtor!

Randal was with us every step of the way to make our home purchase as "stressless" as possible.

Dealing with "the Pickle Brigade's was easy and Fun. They were responsive to any needs that we needed. We were absolutely pleased with tthe the process.

I have bought and sold six homes in my lifetime, the first five in Southern CA. a very difficult market. When I decided to move to Prescott I was fortunate to find Diane and she worked patiently with me for two years until she found the perfect home for me. Of the first five homes I bought and sold there were numerous problems with the brokers because they weren't looking out for me, but only for there commissions. This is the first time I have worked with a real estate broker that was a smooth and problem free experience. They took care of everything including helping me to get an excellent mortgage. The only difficulty was signing all of the paperwork. You will do yourself a great favor by hiring them as your Real Estate Broker!

Dianne and her team are amazing. She does not give up and we thank her for that. She helped us realize our dream. Her tenacity, drive, warmth is beyond compare

Market Knowledge, Communication and Professionalism qualities were remarkable. Coming from out of the area, we relied heavily on her expertise and she didn't disappoint. We cant wait to begin building our retirement home on our beautiful lot. Thank you Diane.

Diane and her team were amazing...got us top dollar, took care of everything, provided great advice and support (and pickles)! Would definitely choose her and her team again!!

Randle and his great team were a joy to work with! We arrived at the office and were presented with a well researched plan of action to seek out our perfect lot. Our day was informative, fun and rewarding. Not only were we treated to lunch but we found a great lot to build our new home on. We highly recommend Randle and his team for all of your realestate needs.

We we’re so Grateful for the referral to Realty One Mountain Desert. The Pickle Lady Brigade were knowledgeable and immensely patient with us during our search. We were Pleased that Randall was constantly on point with the mechanics of the purchasing process. All our questions and concerns were promptly addressed. Thank you Randall!

Diane and her husband were very helpful. The home was sold rapidly so we did not have a lot of need but she was helpful with the sale.

From start to finish Diane and the Pickle Brigade were there to make things happen in a timely manner. Shure there were bumps along the way, but Diane still made the process as smooth as possible and got us in our new home. Then they welcomed us to our new house in person, provided chairs while we were waiting on our furniture, brought us food, and just made sure that we were taken care of after the sale.
