First of all, Diane was not our agent. We were represented by Janet, Diane's partner. The buyers were represented by Diane and her husband and we never talked to Diane again after our initial meeting, except for a couple of phone calls to arrange for the buyers to come to the house. The sale was easy for us because the house was sold to the first people that saw it, but after that we felt that the buyers interests were given more priority than ours. This didn't cause any major problems, but we definitely thought the buyers were represented better than we were.

We sold our house in CA so I flew to AZ to look for a house in earnest after making two exploratory trips to Prescott. Although it took about 2 years to find the home we wanted to retire in, Diane never gave up. She kept in touch and updated us on new properties on the market.
