Diane had a thorough knowledge of Real Estate in Prescott where we were looking for our forever home. In our dealings with Diane she was very professional from start to finish. She and her team made buying our home in Prescott very smooth. She also furnished us with a very complete list of contacts making our settling into the area very painless.

Diane and her co-workers were very knowledgable and helpful in selling our house and finding a new home.

First of all, Diane was not our agent. We were represented by Janet, Diane's partner. The buyers were represented by Diane and her husband and we never talked to Diane again after our initial meeting, except for a couple of phone calls to arrange for the buyers to come to the house. The sale was easy for us because the house was sold to the first people that saw it, but after that we felt that the buyers interests were given more priority than ours. This didn't cause any major problems, but we definitely thought the buyers were represented better than we were.

patient, very knowledgable and professional. we recommended the Breaux's to our friends and they were also pleased!

We sold our house in CA so I flew to AZ to look for a house in earnest after making two exploratory trips to Prescott. Diane and Randall lined up 8 houses on a snowy day and we put pedal to the metal. Late in the afternoon, we revisited my 3 faves and by the end of the day made an offer. The next day, my husband signed papers remotely and I signed in the Realty One office. Diane and Randall guided us through quickly and efficiently. I felt so grateful to be their client! They know their stuff!

Fabulous, Randal and his team made it easy (I know they did a lot of work behind the scenes, so I thought it was an easy process ) And my house sold for asking price!

Diane and Randal were a pleasure to work with. They introduced us to various areas around town and offered recommendations when asked. Our experience went smoothly and we would definitely use them again.

I chose Diane over the internet. I had only a short time to find a home in an area I had never been. Diane responded to my internet request immediately and from that moment on, I didn’t have to worry about anything. She and her team, The Pickle Brigade, took care of everything. They videoed homes for sale and gave me virtual walk-throughs. When I finally flew to Prescott, they had a list of homes to show me. I found my home that first visit. You couldn’t find a more caring, hard-working real estate agent anywhere. She’s the best and her pickles are delicious!

Yes, caring and hard working! Diane and Randall care and listen to what you are looking for and then go out of their way to find exactly what you wanted!! They do all the research for you and supply you with a very thorough packet designed just for you while you look at each house! So glad we found them to help us create the life we were looking for when we moved here to Arizona.

Absolutely knows what's going on!

Although it took about 2 years to find the home we wanted to retire in, Diane never gave up. She kept in touch and updated us on new properties on the market. Her upbeat and honest approach to our needs, far exceeded our expectations. She was always confident she would find us our retirement home, and she did. A true pleasure to work with.

Diane gave us an excellent overview of the specific areas we were interested in as well as a lovely meal! We felt as if we really got to know the lovely town of Prescott and made us more confident in making our big move. She and Randall make a great team.
