They also helped handle many of the little details of the transaction as I was out of the area when my home was on the market and during the escrow. We moved to Prescott from Northern California. We were 72 and wanted to live in a medium sized active mountain community and hoped we could find one that was as close to our grand daughter in L.A. as we had been in California.
