About Jennifer

Born and raised in Smyrna, Delaware. JennHall earned a Bachelors of Education from University of Delaware (K-8 elementary education with a middle school math concentration) and a Masters of Instruction from Wilmington University. She spent 25 years teaching 7th grade math and a variety of elective courses such as Technology in Math, Inclusion in Our Community, and Educators Rising. Jenn was very active as the Special Olympics program coordinator at her school. Once her children got older, Jenn decided to expand her horizons and take on real estate. She believes the characteristics developed from her teaching experience will help in this endeavor – patience, communication skills, organizational skills, and listening to others needs and tailoring the experience to fit those needs. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, exercise, going to the beach, live music, comedy shows, live sporting events, reading, puzzles, and travel. And of course, spending time with her two sons – Jordan and AJ.

To sum up my experience in one sentence, would be to say that it flowed seamlessly.

From beginning to end, Jen kept me informed. Communication was easy, I never felt that I was bothering her. She was honest and forthcoming with her knowledge of the area. My home was priced competitively, as was shown by a multitude of offers within days of listing. After that, Jen helped me understand the pros and cons of each offer. We came to a decision quickly, then off to the races! She walked through closing document information and even came to the closing. I would highly recommend Jen Hall to anyone, especially friends and family.

Jenn goes above and beyond in helping locate negotiate and help in purchase of my property.

Jenn was knowledgeable in real-estate purchasing as this was my first time purchasing thru an agent. She answered questions professionally and timely. This transaction was a bit different and she was eager to learn something new that I’m sure will help other in the future. It was a pleasure working with her. She always had a positive mindset, she was very pleasant to work with.

My experience selling my house with Jenn was done with nothing but professionalism!

Jenn was on top of every situation & very knowledgeable about the market! Was always available to answer any questions I had! She walked me through every step of the sale to make things less stressful! I definitely will recommend her to any of my friends & family buying or selling a house! Selling my house was bitter sweet but Jenn made things easier for me by simplifying the whole process from start to finish!
