Lori took care of our house sale turnkey which included preview of house, prepping, staging, photos, listing description, timing the listing, addressing questions from other agents, presenting the offer, helping with closing. And now when taxes are coming up, they followed up with paperwork needed for taxes even though I did not request it. Yes, this is what realtors do but Lori goes the extra mile and makes a person feel comfortable during the process. A++
