Mike AND Lori can’t be summarized. We learned about them from friends who tried hard to sell us on them, a sentiment I now understand. Our home sale was proving to be stressful as we were under contract with one realtor who was not quite working out. We had also interviewed another realtor who was very popular on the mainline and were ready to sign with him even though he told us we had to figure out our exit with the current realtor by ourselves. We were definitely desperate. Mike and Lori came in with so much empathy and grace for our situation. They offered to take care of the current contract and did so out of their own pocket without involving us! We of course signed on with them and that’s when we really saw their value!!! Within a day of signing a contract, Lori came in with at least 3 professionals - a stager, 3 types of photographers (outside with drones, inside, and 3D matteport!). She knew our goal was to get the house back on the market for a quick sale and acted accordingly. She also arranged for our home to be featured in local magazines and publications to enhance marketing and outreach. In addition to all this, checked in almost everyday at the beginning cos she knew I was really stressed out. At some point, Lori is also very creative. She’s constantly thinking of what to do to enhance the status quo. She managed the transition of our property from the old realtor to Realty One with so much empathy. Lori, I will forever be grateful for the sincerity of your care during a crazy time! Mike on the other hand is all professional! Lol. He just gets it done. He knows the business, has the connections, and is very easy to work with! When you are tempted to make rash or emotional decisions, Mike will always be your voice of reason. He is constantly thinking about the bottom line on your behalf! In the end, all homes sell. But it matters who you sell with because that’s what matters to your money and of equal importance, your experience!
