Let me be frank - without Mike, there is no way we would have won the bidding war for our new family home. My fiance and I needed a 5 bedroom home on a 4 bedroom budget. We found the perfect place for all 6 of us but no one told the other 12 bidders that it was OUR house. Mike pulled out every trick he had to make sure we put together the most attractive offer and won us our dream house even though we did not have the highest bid. The real estate market today is absolutely crazy so you need someone who knows what they're doing when it comes time to buy -- we were lucky to have Mike by our side during the process. Mike’s a great real estate agent - my biggest problem was staying invested in the house searching process and he kept me accountable and we were able to find an amazing house. Mike Howell is a gem. He was very helpful getting my house prepared to sell. He gave helpful suggestions for staging and walked me through the whole process answering all questions and concerns. My ideas were also heard and Mike had other agents from his team come out to host the open house I requested due to his son’s birthday party on the same day. Always accommodating, he also helped me go through all home offers to determine the most solid ones and finally the best offer for my home. Marcus did an amazing job getting our home listed and sold quickly, and over asking!! We loved his attention to detail and knowledge of the market, to know how to highlight features that would result in a quick sale. From listing to settlement, the process was easy; Marcus did an awesome job, representing our best interest as a seller. He was quick to answer any questions and was able to adjust on-the-fly to some changes in our settlement date. He pulled out all the stops to get us to closing within a few days when the settlement date shifted.
