Mark stepped in right away once I contacted him to help sell an estate property. He was very helpful in all aspects during the time the house was being prepared for sale and then when listed on the market. There were a few open issues related to the property that Mark identified and quickly resolved to insure a smooth listing and sale experience. Nick has a great deal of knowledge about the housing market in this area (including Middlesex/Somerset/Mercer counties), and he will explain the basis for his views and the limits of what he knows (and could know), which was especially useful in the exceptionally uncertain market of the past year.
