Mark stepped in right away once I contacted him to help sell an estate property. He was very helpful in all aspects during the time the house was being prepared for sale and then when listed on the market. There were a few open issues related to the property that Mark identified and quickly resolved to insure a smooth listing and sale experience. The house was listed for about 10 days that resulted in many offers, one of which was accepted. The property sale is now complete.

Our experience with Mark was amazing. He has a great deal of experience with the real estate market in our town and the surrounding area. His predictions about how the market would respond to our listing were quite accurate. The advice he gave us about what was and wasn't worth improving on the house prior to listing turned out to be very good, and we ended up getting significantly more for the house than we originally expected, enough to cover his commission and the improvement costs several times over. The service provided by Mark and his entire office, including Nick and Marla, was exceptional. They are very professional, and also quick to provide assistance. They made calls and queries that we could have been expected to make when they knew that they could do it faster. They provide lots of advice about deadlines to prepare for, and are very communicative about what should be done and why. As a rule, we prefer to do things "by the book", not just legally, but ethically as well. Mark and his team were a very good fit for us in this regard. He knows the laws and ethical standards of the profession, but also shares our conviction that life is generally better when people treat each other decently and with respect, even in a bargaining situation with a competitive aspect to it.
