Mark J was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable, very responsive and very calm throughout the craziness of our move. We couldn't have done it without him. He was always available either by phone or text. As most homeowners do, we had expected a higher final selling price but in the end the price was acceptable.
Mark created competition among the buyers and created a sense of urgency for them to place their bids and make decisions. He took care of all inspections, findings and rectification with handy men etc.... making the process smooth for the seller.
