Renee has helped us with several real estate transactions over the past couple of years. I've worked in real estate and bought/sold many homes. I've worked with many subpar real estate agents who just don't have the experience or expertise to do their job well. I was impressed immediately when i first called Renee..she actually picked the call and promptly replied with any questions we had. (others took days to call back) She met us at the property we were interested in and lined a few other simular listings in the area..she was on time, knowledgeable and worked hard to get us a good price. Once under contract..she provided us all the information we needed to move to the area and helped us obtain a termite bond on the house. She stayed in close contact right up to the closing date. We are so happy with how smoothly this purchase went, with little stress. Renee even blessed us with a housewarming gift to welcome us to the area!
