Kathryn was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. She went above and beyond making sure my property was safe as it was unoccupied. We had several freeze warnings and she dripped the water and put covers on spickets to make sure pipes did not freeze. If she did not know the answer to a question I asked she found out and got right back to me. Kathryn communicated with me every day even if it was just to say hello. As I do not live locally that was most important to me. I knew she hadn’t forgotten me. I would highly recommend Kathy if you have property to sell. She will take care of you.
