Kathryn, Professional Realtor My husband and I have used her services twice now when buying homes. What I like best about Kathryn Is how she communicates. If you know the location you want to live in, the size of your home you’re looking for, and the amenities around it, she will find it for you. Also, My husband and I were purchasing our home with a VA loan, Kathryn, was so knowledgeable, when it came to talking to the VA lender, then, having to communicate to the sellers agent, “that’s a lot”. but it all went so smoothly. Kathy was great. We don’t live yr round in Florida and needed someone we could trust and who had good follow up skills. Kathy, was great in this area as well as her marketing skills. Our house was affected by hurricane ian and it was a unique sale. We especially liked the professional pictures she had done showing what the house would look like without the damages.
