He steared me away from commitments that would have ultimately given him a faster, easier, larger commission, and towards a condo that truly fit my needs and desires in every way. As a first time home buyer purchasing a new-build condo during mid-construction, he was amazingly accessible, responsive and happy to advocate for me in every detail from concerns about the closing timeline, flooring details, legal contract wording, and mortgage complications. I am lucky to have had sometime I trust by my side through this process and to now call him my friend! I hope he's still an agent when/if I buy my next home!
