Selling your home is hard enough, but in a difficult market with high interest rates you need the best real estate agent you can find. I was fortunate enough to find a "team" approach with Roger and Susan Kelley. Their knowledge of the market and how to effectively value and show my home was pivotal in finding a qualified buyer and closing the sale with minimum angst. Roger was always incredibly responsive to any question at most any occasion. He even answered a call from me when he was at the doctor's office. Susan was extremely helpful with guidance on showing the home and helping me search for a new home. Of course, you need more than excellent communication. I received the best guidance from experienced professionals who not only walked me through the mind-numbing paperwork but also recommended other professionals like moving and storage companies, inspection and repair people who were also top notch. Roger helped my next-door neighbor sell her home several years earlier and I was impressed when I saw him helping her move a few items out of the house shortly before closing. Moving furniture was certainly not part of his contract but it gives you an idea of his dedication to helping his clients. A caring attitude, intellectually smart and knowledgeable and a great communicator is what lead me to trust Roger as my real estate agent. I am very happy to recommend him and Susan to others.

Roger was a sellers agent at a property I went to go see. He was a pro. Though I didn't make an offer on that property at that time- I decided on a different neighborhood, I therefore reached out to him later as a buyer wanting him to be my buyers agent, recalling his high degree of professionalism and competence before and during the showing. Roger and his wife Susan helped my family and I feel comfortable throughout the home buying process, walking us through it step by step from appraising the property for me, to giving me the tour, to discussing the offer and negotiation with us, to walking through the contracting and paperwork in detail, the inspection and inspection resolution process, working with the title company, the walk through, closing, and everything in between. Very thorough, took substantial time to help explain in depth each piece throughout in detail and spent much time doing so. Straightforward and smart, and gave good advice that was spot on. Got a nice housewarming gift as well from Roger and his wife Susan. They responded immediately to texts and calls and kept us informed. Highly communicative and responsive and worked on my tight schedule, always aligning to my availability. Turns out the place I wanted had 2 offers already when I saw it and an offer deadline of that evening so we moved quickly and efficiently to get it done. As a first-time home buyer, I had no idea how this process would go. Susan knew what floorplan and yard size I was dreaming of, and found the exact right property for me. She and Roger are so knowledgeable, they made every step of the process easy for me, and they are also just lovely people.
