We highly recommend Dan and his team. The entire process from start to finish was fantastic! Our home was listed on a Thursday, and by Sunday we had two offers. Dan made sure we were informed about every detail throughout. His wealth of knowledge about the market really put us at ease, our home was listed at a fair price to be competitive. That really helped to get those offers so quickly. Everything went very smoothly and we closed on time! Thank you so much to Dan and everyone on the Henzler Team.

Dan Henzler and his team recently sold our house. We had already moved out and had two places making it very stressful. The market had shifted resulting in our house taking longer to sell then we had anticipated. Dan stayed in constant contact with us even when he had bad news or no news. He kept us abreast of the rapidly changing market and made his suggestions on pricing etc but always gave us the final say. I really appreciated that he had a team of contractors, title people etc. that he called for us when we needed help which was really helpful since we had moved out of the area. Even after the closing we have had a few loose ends and Dan has been right there still helping us. We definitely feel comfortable referring Dan Henzler to anyone who is looking for a Realtor.

Dan took over my property while I was out of the country and prepared every single detail to place it in the market, scheduled showings and sold it in a record time. I highly recommend Dan and his team for any real estate transaction.

We worked with Dan to both buy and sell and both experiences have been great. Him and his team are friendly, professional and prompt with communication. Thanks for everything!

The Henzler Team was the best team to work with. Dan is amazing and made sure he was there every step of the way. They were very professional, very experienced, always kept us informed, so polite and made selling our home as stress free as possible. We can't wait to work with Dan and his team again.

I give Daniel Henzler a thumbs up. I was very pleased with how he took care of all my needs. He is definitely one of the best agents I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family.

If you are looking for someone who cares, listens to your needs, is super helpful, and very knowledgeable, Barbara Henzler is the one you want. She made what was a very stressful time so much easier for us and made it happen so smoothly. There aren’t enough ⭐️ ⭐️ in the rating !!

From the initial consultation throughout sighing day, the Henzler team exceeded our expectations. Their knowledge and communication allowed us to stay calm and away from the "I wonder & what if" zones. They addressed EVERY situation calm & confident, no worries with this team at all. They stayed attentive at all times even when we reached the quiet, almost there stage. We are forever thankful and grateful to work with Dan & his team. 100% exceeded expectations. Thank you again

Daniel Henzler showed us true confidence with the sale of our rental home. He listened to my needs as well as acknowledged his needs to make the right decision on making the sale. He was never late to respond to any questions concerning our property for sale. His team not only made us feel like part of the team, but accepted me and my wife Gail as family through out out the home proceedings. He was a professional agent in every way shape and form. Thanks!

We, husband and I, did not hesitate to call Dan when we decided to sale our rental property. We had already heard great things about him when he helped to sale a very good friend of ours rental property for them. Dan is a great professional and knows what he is doing. He went through the house with us letting us know what needed to be done to sale the house. After everything was completed and it went on the market, less than 24 hours we had about 5 people wanted to look into buying this property. Dan had some great pictures that was taking of the house and the house sold with a buyer in about 10 days of being on the market after some minor repairs were made. Way to go Dan! You and your team did a great job of helping us with this sale.

We started months before the actual move to Tampa. But from early on, we were in communication. Once arrived to Tampa, she worked with us to find the home we wanted. She listened to our wishes and after a few weeks, she showed us the ideal house. After the sale/purchase, she continued to help out with necessary paperwork needed by me to handle some insurance stuff. All in all, she has been wonderful to work with!

I first ran into Daniel and his team while he was representing the sale of my neighbor’s house for their daughter. They couldn’t say enough good things about his agency so when I decided to sell he was the first person I thought of And I never looked back. I found him very knowledgeable of the industry as a whole and my area in particular. He presented me multiple comps so I could see where my home fit into the current real estate market, he answered many questions for me and pretty much held my hand throughout the selling process. Whatever I needed he and his team were there to smooth the way. I highly recommend Daniel Henzler and his team as the right real estate agent for your real estate needs.
