I met Dan in 1999 when I bought a house in Barrington Oaks. He stayed in contact with me for 21.. years. So when I wanted to sell that home, I contacted him. He never sleeps. He knows everyone , including reputable companies to repair anything that is needed for a quick sale. That sale went well. So I referred him to a friend and he sold her condo. Same results. Easy to work with and sale went well. Then my son needed a new place. He and Gigi found him an affordable condo that he loves! Lastly, he just sold our house in Valrico. And with the current market, I was worried it would be a hard sell. Not so. Again, Dan and his team came through in a timely manner! Dan Henzler and his team recently sold our house. We had already moved out and had two places making it very stressful. The market had shifted resulting in our house taking longer to sell then we had anticipated. Dan stayed in constant contact with us even when he had bad news or no news. He kept us abreast of the rapidly changing market and made his suggestions on pricing etc but always gave us the final say. I really appreciated that he had a team of contractors, title people etc. that he called for us when we needed help which was really helpful since we had moved out of the area.
