He knows everyone , including reputable companies to repair anything that is needed for a quick sale. That sale went well. So I referred him to a friend and he sold her condo. Same results. Dan Henzler and his team recently sold our house. We had already moved out and had two places making it very stressful. The market had shifted resulting in our house taking longer to sell then we had anticipated. Dan stayed in constant contact with us even when he had bad news or no news. He kept us abreast of the rapidly changing market and made his suggestions on pricing etc but always gave us the final say. I really appreciated that he had a team of contractors, title people etc. that he called for us when we needed help which was really helpful since we had moved out of the area.
