I met Dan in 1999 when I bought a house in Barrington Oaks. He stayed in contact with me for 21.. years. So when I wanted to sell that home, I contacted him. He never sleeps. He knows everyone , including reputable companies to repair anything that is needed for a quick sale. That sale went well. So I referred him to a friend and he sold her condo. Same results. Easy to work with and sale went well. Then my son needed a new place. He and Gigi found him an affordable condo that he loves! Lastly, he just sold our house in Valrico.
