Working with Daniel was a great experience and his team was with me every step of the way ! They are always quick to respond to any questions I had with no delays and I had a lot of questions. Dan and his team were also great in problem solving and constantly keeping the process moving forward. Even thru closing the notary came to my office so I did not have to leave or miss any time off from work !!
Barb knew what I was looking for and we really did not waste time just looking at houses. She found this one and it worked! I totally recommend her for any kind of real estate search and purchase!
Dan Has a perfect team. They were knowledgeable in what it took to sell my home. They got a handyman that could take care of the minor repairs, landscaper and when I had to leave things behind, they had someone to remove the items before the new owners did their walk through. The things he suggested to do increased the value of my home. Thank you Dan for having a great team please tell them thank you.
Dan and his team made selling the house easy and stress free! Highly recommend them!!!

From the first showing all the way to closing Barb brought her exceptional skill and knowledge into our purchasing experience. She has your back and will always make sure to do what’s best for you in the purchasing process. Dan & his team were wonderful to work with. We had a lot going on in addition to trying to sell our house and they were very flexible and accommodating with our schedules. He made the selling process feel effortless on our end and helped us sell our house fast. Dan & his team are so kind and genuine and we continue to feel taken care of by them. We will definitely be using his team when we are ready to buy our next home.

Dan is a very knowledgeable realtor. Whenever a question is asked he will be very honest and up front with the answer. He is trustworthy and an asset to Keller Williams. I would do business with Dan again in the future.
