Dan and his team provided me with excellent service from the first call to the closing. They went above and beyond providing me with answers and helpful information to every inquire I had. They made me feel confident and at ease with the selling of my house.

Very nice and work so hardl They took care of us. When we arrived at their office, someone came out and greet us, asked if we need anything. When we told them we are there for closing they went and get the papers that need to be sign. They sssisted us during and after the signing process. Thank you very much Dan and your team.

My house was under a contract within a week after putting the sign up. Dan made sure that I was informed and prepared for all of the steps in the process of selling my home. There was always someone available on the team to respond quickly to any questions or concerns that I had. Barb was very patient with me while trying to find my perfect new home.

When I moved to Florida 30 years ago, I was lucky enough to find Dan Henzler as my realtor to buy my first Florida house. 30 years and 4 houses later, I have never wanted or needed anyone else to help me buy and sell my houses. Now with a full team working with him, the experience is somehow even better. This last sale was as close to a nightmare scenario as can be(through no fault of ours or the Henzler Team), but Dan and his team spent countless hours fixing all of the problems that our buyer and their agent created along the way. Now we are in our new house and couldn't be happier. Dan and Barb, and their entire team have become more than our Real Estate Agents, but I consider them to be our friends. You will NOT find a better Real Estate team than the Henzler Team.

Dan was absolutely fabulous. He was responsive and proactive. He also helped us find people to do work in our home to prepare for the sale. He really made it a headache free process.
