Smooth as silk.

Michelle is exactly what I like in a real estate agent. Competent, knowledgeable and ON IT! I didn't even have to think about anything going wrong throughout the entire transaction. On top of that, she was very effective during the negotiations, ensuring that we netted more that we otherwise would have. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Michelle.

Couldn't Ask For A Better Real Estate Agent!!

I can't thank Michelle Coffey-Garcia enough for her attentiveness and patience in working with us. She saved my family and my sanity throughout the home buying process. I can’t speak highly enough of our home buying experience and it is all attributed to working with Michelle. It all started with a phone call from me stating "Michelle, I am looking for a real estate agent who can get me and my 7 month pregnant wife out of my in-laws house in less than two months, otherwise I'm institutionalizing myself or living in a van down by the river. Are you able to do this?” Michelle didn't waver at all, she looked at our predicament as if she was in our shoes (part of the family some would say) and immediately got to work. Despite her living in Miami and us looking for a house in Tampa she was diligent in her research, very receptive to our needs and made herself available at every beck and call. She sent us homes that she knew would be a good fit for our lifestyle and never once pushed us to look at a home we weren’t comfortable with. When we had questions regardless of the time of day she answered the phone and gave reassuring and knowledgeable answers to ease our minds and move the home buying process along. Being a first time home buyer, Michelle is the perfect real estate agent to go with. Her ability to “dumb down” real estate lingo in a way that us common folk can understand is uncanny. She is always kind and a relentless enforcer when needed. The perfect balance for any person looking for a home. Ultimately, Michelle was able to make good on her promise. We got into our home in less than two months, before our first child was born, and before I lost my sanity. Michelle was exactly what we were looking for in a real estate agent and we can’t thank her enough. She earned her spot on our Christmas card list and will be welcome at all family barbecues. Best decision you’ll make

Michelle made everything easy. We were so worried about selling our home and how stressful it will be. I would buy and sell a thousand times so long as I got to partner with Michelle. She has went from our agent to a part of our family. We are forever grateful for her professionalism, transparency and partnership.

Happy Sellers

Smooth and quick!

Gigi is wonderful! She got our house sold in less than 24 hrs, paperwork done in under 30 days and had us packed up out ready to move cross country. She made very easy for us as we transitioned. She is by far the best we have experienced!
