My biggest passion aside from my family is coaching sports, especially football. I like to have fun in whatever I do and I enjoy helping people, however that maybe. On a professional level, I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a background in retail and customer service, these go hand-in-hand with the real estate world.

Exceptional

Jason Edwards is my first choice for an agent in the Denver/Parker area when buying or selling a home. When looking for a new home Jason did a great job working with us to understand our requirements, which made for a quick and successful search. During the contract and closing process his advice was very helpful in guiding us through the right areas to push, and what is typical in the process and the area giving lots of clarity in expectations and no surprises in the final costs. The sale of our existing home went well with Jason. He gave good advice on the market needs, enabling investment in the right places to get the best sales price. In several cases we needed professional contractors who he had good contacts for making the process far less stressful. These careful efforts resulted in a quick sale at our expected pricing. Jason's support of the closing process and advice was greatly appreciated and very professional.

Effortless transaction!

Jason made this transaction extremely smooth. He is a consummate professional and very knowledgeable. Jason is a great communicator and very responsive. We really appreciated this, having not bought a house in 35 years! He handled all our questions/issues as buyers with the seller, kept us apprised of all developments, every step of the way and helped us through the milestones such as inspections and closing. Being new to the area he made us feel welcome and gave us recommendations for things to do and, most importantly, restaurants!
