Victoria and her team did a phenomenal job working with us through this process. She was recommended to me by a good friend of mine who had great success with her in the past. We received wise counsel from her (and the team), and she quickly generated significant interest in our house. We had an accepted offer within 2 weeks of it being listed. Other homes in our area (that Victoria didn’t list) are/were on the market for a long time and have been dropping their prices (or sold for considerably less).
