Jordan helped me findmy first home! We spent months from 2019 to spring of 2020 looking for the perfect starter home and boy did he deliver! This review is long overdue, but Caroline helped us find a house when we moved back to the area in 2023. We had some criteria we were looking for in a house, and at the time the market was very competitive. It took almost 6 months for us to finally land somewhere, but Caroline was with us every step of the way, always giving good insights and making herself available when new houses would pop up on the market. One of the things I appreciated the most when working with Caroline was her honesty. I haven’t sold a house in a long time. Thankfully I had Garrett Luhring from Danberry Reality to show me the way. He was extremely helpful in outlining how he wanted to set this house up to show its greatest assets and give it the best opportunity for selling. He never pressured me into doing updates that I didn’t want to do. Suggestions were always positive on what could be done to make the house more appealing. I was always informed of what was going on every step of the way. House staging was a new concept for me but when explained why it was done I was all for it. Great idea. Garrett worked endlessly setting up open houses, appointments to see the house and keeping me informed. I highly recommend Garrett for his experience, his honesty, and doing such a great job for me .
