We’ve worked with Jordan twice now — first when we bought our home and now as we’re selling it and looking for our next one. We couldn’t imagine doing it with anyone else. Garrett was excellent to work with! His superb marketing skills helped us sell our house quickly (3 days) with multiple solid offers. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Victoria and her team did a phenomenal job working with us through this process. She was recommended to me by a good friend of mine who had great success with her in the past. We received wise counsel from her (and the team), and she quickly generated significant interest in our house. We had an accepted offer within 2 weeks of it being listed. Other homes in our area (that Victoria didn’t list) are/were on the market for a long time and have been dropping their prices (or sold for considerably less). Working with Victoria and her team definitely was the right decision for us!
