I was referred to this agent, and she did very well finding a seller quickly but was not aware she represented buyer and seller, i got stuck paying the whole closing, and because i trusted her i thought like most closing i have had over the years it would have been fair, but it wasnt, then had to still pay for notary to spend a few hours notarizing closing papers also, i have had many closing and never had any closing like this, it was very one sided, seller should not have to pay whole closing. Most time you get a sheet showing what buyer and seller are charged but got told no on seeing what the seller was being charged, but i figured it out nothing, then i was leaving furnished with over 4000 of new furniture but new owner didnt want so she offered to charge me to have some one move it when we knew it would have gotten sold, not happy with this closing at all, get a lawyer to look over anything a real estate agent gives you, this one got the best of us. I may add the sellers were 88 years old. and got taken advantage of.
