We challenged Maggie to sell our house asap, a house that suffer damaged from both hurricanes and damaged from the kids around the house. She was very clear with us as what challenges we could encounter regarding the condition of the house and gave us options and ideas of what we needed to do to pull this off in such a short period of time. As expected challenges showed up but she was quick to let us know what to do to fix them and for 30 days she was updating on the process and how things were going and well as where the buyers stands with us. I must say Maggies communication level played a major roll for us pulled this off quick. There is no doubt she takes pride on what she does and most important she does care for her clients. Thank you Maggie for everything and we will contact you again when we are ready to buy our forever home.

I was referred to this agent, and she did very well finding a seller quickly but was not aware she represented buyer and seller, i got stuck paying the whole closing, and because i trusted her i thought like most closing i have had over the years it would have been fair, but it wasnt, then had to still pay for notary to spend a few hours notarizing closing papers also, i have had many closing and never had any closing like this, it was very one sided, seller should not have to pay whole closing. Most time you get a sheet showing what buyer and seller are charged but got told no on seeing what the seller was being charged, but i figured it out nothing, then i was leaving furnished with over 4000 of new furniture but new owner didnt want so she offered to charge me to have some one move it when we knew it would have gotten sold, not happy with this closing at all, get a lawyer to look over anything a real estate agent gives you, this one got the best of us. I may add the sellers were 88 years old. and got taken advantage of.
