After an exhaustive search spanning over a year, we’ve finally moved into our dream home; all thanks to Brenna Damm! Throughout the search, Brenna understood what we were looking for and was always willing to work with us to ensure we love the house we are purchasing. There were times where we were impulsively considering a home, but Brenna knew what we truly desired (like a true friend) and advised us to take a moment and sleep on it. The fact that Brenna acknowledged we were being impulsive and helped steer us in the right direction, instead of making a quick sale, is a testament to her pursuit of matching her buyers with their dream house. Throughout the process, Brenna was only a phone call away and always willing to educate and guide first-time home buyers like us. Her flexibility in shuffling her schedule to ensure she can show us a house at times that were convenient for us was truly appreciated. Even after a year of searching, Brenna was still as enthusiastic and helpful as when we first met her, whereas other realtors we have dealt with lost interest after a few weeks. The house that we ended up purchasing is actually one that we’ve admired for more than 10 years. We did not consider touring it due to the fact that we though the seller’s timeline did not correlate with ours. However, Brenna’s optimism and dedication have gotten us to where we truly wanted.
