Brenna is such a a kind and thoughtful realtor! She paid careful attention to our preferences when house shopping, and was NEVER pushy or "salesman-like" when walking us through. If we said no, she took it seriously. She even took notes about the specific features we mentioned during a showing and tried to show us other houses that were to our tastes. She was always available to show a home, even on the weekend. She was very flexible and went the extra mile for us always. She was extremely thorough in explaining the process and held our hand the whole way. I wound recommend her to any buyer, but especially first timers! Brenna is the bomb!

In a good situation we would have a good realtor. In a perfect situation, we would have Brenna. Not only did Brenna help with the sale of our house, but she also helped us buy our dream house. However, I’ll only focus on the sale of the house here. Working with Brenna to sell our house was as simple and stress-free as we could have hoped for. She has a network of professionals to help with every aspect imaginable to ensure that we don’t have to run around finding people to touch up our house before putting it on the market. Long story short, a few days before taking pictures and putting our house on the market, we had a little unexpected issue in our backyard. Once we told Brenna, she had one of her people over immediately to assess the situation and help us get picture-ready ASAP. I’m glad to say that everything worked out and our house was put on the market shortly after that. Within TWO DAYS, our house was under contract! We were amazed at how well things worked out, but really could not have done it without Brenna (and we really mean that). Due to the fact that we were selling a house and buying a house, we had to stay in a hotel the night before selling, and if you’ve even been in this situation, there are things you have to move at the last second. All this to say, the night before the sale, Brenna and her family were over to help us move and get everything ready for the final walkthrough. I can’t imagine any other realtor who would be that dedicated to helping their clients. But, like I said, “in a good situation we would have a good realtor, in a perfect situation, we would have Brenna”.
