I cannot begin to express how grateful I was to have met and used Chris Maynard as my realtor. What started out as a seemingly simple selling process, gave way to hurdles I never expected. Chris handled absolutely everything with such professionalism and honesty. There were times when I honestly thought this sale was not going to happen. The many phone calls/texts back and forth and in depth discussions/conversations always made me feel like I was Chris’ main priority. I know he had other listings he needed to deal with but he never disregarded any of my questions/concerns. Elisha was prepared before court date and helped me be able to sell my house which others contradicted. It was a long journey from preparing for sale and sale 4 plus month's later.
