Sandy is a superwoman! My wife had a very specific budget and neighborhoods she wanted to live in. Even though our budget was modest Sandy came through for us and gave us just as much time and attention as somebody buying a million dollar home. It was our first time buying a home so she answered all of our questions and showed us several houses before we found our home. Then she handled the paperwork of actually buying the home for us and helped us out tremendously. Whenever we buy our next home we will definitely use Sandy. At one point she was showing another home at a time we were available to see a home so her husband showed it to us. He was very professional and nice as well. I cannot recommend her enough.
Sand Allnutt served as our realtor for the sell of our old house and for the purchase of our new (current house). Sandy Allnutt is an outstanding realtor! She educated my wife and me on which houses were good buys and which houses were bad buys. She was extremely patient with us as we changed our minds on what we wanted a dozen times. She told us what we needed to do to sell our old house. At first, we did not listen and the house did not sell. We ended up taking the house off the market. The next buying season we did exactly what she recommended and the house sold in less than a week! During the negotiations to purchase the new house, she gave us sound advice on what items to hold firm and what items to let go.
