Sandy worked hard for us to get our house sold and during the home inspection negotiations. She stayed on top of marketing the home even when the market slowed down over the winter months. Even though we were frustrated at times that the house took longer than we had hoped to sell, we knew Sandy was working for us. She was always on our side and she checked on the house for us since we were out of the state.
I have bought and sold 3 houses and I have never had a realtor make it as easy as Sandy has. She did everything, video, photography, open houses, and other things to boost my listing. She was extremely responsive when I had questions or concerns. If you are looking for a realtor you won’t find a better one than Sandy; it’s just not possible.
Most "all 5 star reviews" are either non-genuine or automated, this is not the case. Sandy and her team surpassed every expectation I had selling my home. She was highly knowledgable about the process and her team did a outstanding job with photos, video, and walkthroughs. As an slightly older home, it has a few negatives that just needed to find the right owner, and she not only got many people in there to see it, but ultimately found the right buyer, which speaks for itself. I have no hesitations recommending her and her entire team in selling, and I can only assume, purchasing a home.
Aaron is simply the best! He is very reachable and willing to go the extra mile for you and your family. Aaron is not afraid to get tough during negotiations to ensure that you are getting the best deal. He builds rapport very quickly and is not afraid to tell his honest opinion even if it isn't necessarily what you want to hear. During negotiations with the first home we offered, Aaron was willing to tell us to walk away because further negotiations were not in our best interest. Though tough to hear, we trusted him immensely and we are glad we did. My wife and I ended up purchasing a different home that we absolutely love and is perfect for us as we look to start our new family! Thank you, Aaron!
