Since I’d lived in my Richmond home forty years and was 82 years old, worries over selling it and relocating to Raleigh, NC had me on pause far too long. Though I happily anticipated living near my daughter, son-in-law, and two teenaged grandchildren, the emotional and physical challenges of moving stymied me. Susie helped us find our perfect home. We started "just browsing," really, trying to get a feel for what was available, and for the neighborhoods we were interested living in. Susie stuck with us, responding on short notice when we saw one we were interested in, and sending suggestions to us when something new came up. it took a while! Yet she hung in there with us. She helped us refine our search and she learned what we wanted maybe before we could articulate it. Her assistance through the process of making the offer to completing the contract and negotiating with a buyer and knowledge of the market was invaluable. She is also a lot of fun to work with! Laughter was necessary when you spent as long as we did searching for The House, and Susie supplied lots of it. My husband and I can't recommend her highly enough.
