Honestly, Sean, how do you keep everything straight??? :-) Seriously - he's always a joy to work with. He's a straight-shooter, no BS. He's responsive and patient with any and all questions. Vast knowledge of the market and an amazing work-ethic to get you where you need to be as quickly as possible. He sets realistic expectations, but still works very hard to exceed them.

He sold our house so fast I had never seen anything like it in my life. He took the time to get all of the details and then came up with a game plan to sell our house and he seemed to predict what would happen before it happened. He thinks quickly and decisively and handles endless obstacles all at once by thinking things through from multiple perspectives. He works extremely hard and could sell any house and somehow everybody wins at the end of the day!

We were in a very difficult situation wanting to sell a rental apartment with a very litigious tenant who did not want to move out at the end of his lease. Our long term realtor at T O’C knew of the tenant and did not want to deal with the stress of the situation. She recommended Ryan to us. He took on the project with tenacity and good humor. We live out of state and he communicated very well with us. He was very thorough and amazed us and even our attorney with his skillful handling of this often abusive tenant. We wish Ryan well in his RE career and would not hesitate to use him again.
