Ryan was awesome! After a series of unfortunate events I needed to move in a very short amount of time. Not only did I need to find a new place to live but I needed to find tenants to rent out my old place. Within literally a day after posting my old place for rent we found our tenants! When my tenant moved out, I have to admit I was a little concerned about the ability to get in a new tenant without losing a month's rent. I approached Terri O'Connor Realtors and met Sean Farley. I have to say I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. He provided comps to get the market rate for my apartment, emailed all the paperwork to be signed electronically and clearly explained how the apartment would be listed. He also worked out a way to have the apartment shown while the current tenant was still there to get in the next tenant ASAP. Showing started quickly. I never felt he was trying to just get anyone in there, but rather a quality tenant. I was also able to reach him by phone or text and even in person to explain some items the lease that I didn't fully understand. The results speak for themselves as I was able to get in a new tenant at the desired date as well as the market rate, but what really stood out to me most was the support and dedicated approach during the process of getting the apartment listed & ultimately rented. Kristine Grieco is the best realtor we could have wished for to put our home in Ramsey on the market to sell after 56 years. Having grown up in Ramsey herself, having shared some friends with our children was a big benefit. This made everything much easier, because trust and easy communication were quickly established. Kristine is familiar with all different aspects of life in our community, where she now raises her own son. She knows the school system well, the strength of the academic and sports activities, all aspects of a good education. Kristine handled any question regarding important end stage procedures, lawyers, inspectors, water and electricity management, experts needed, and last minute tasks with borough hall. There was not one aspect of the sale in which she could have offered any more assistance. We couldn’t have asked for a more helpful and charming team. Donna became our friend over the course of the 3 months of this truly challenging task, and made our lives so much easier.
