Working with Ashley for our first home was a pleasure! As a first time homebuyer I had ALOT of emotions, questions, thoughts (stay away from Reddit) luckily for me when I’d text Ashley she’d give me reassurance that everything would work out. She was very responsive when I had a concern which I loved. She paid attention to my must haves in a home and helped me land the home that’s perfect for our family. We didn’t get into negotiating so I can’t rate her on that, but for everything else she did very good!
We contacted Jacki Tait in our hopes of moving from Alaska to Arizona. Throughout the entire process she was always available to answer any questions we had. Jacki Tait is the best real estate agent I have ever encountered, and I have dealt with many--for example, I have bought/sold four houses in three states in the last three years. I was obliged to sell my house in Flagstaff under time- constrained conditions, and without being personally present. Jacki took care of everything. I could not even list the tasks she took on and completed successfully--many of them beyond what one can expect of a real estate agent. On top of taking care of things I should have been there to do myself, she quickly sold the house for more than asking price. I was most fortunate to have her as an agent.

I was just very satisfied with Sarah through and through. The entire process was made easy by her willingness to work very hard to accommodate an out-of-town buyer. She was very patient as we took our time to find the right property and then after we were ready to make an offer, she was there with us every step of the way as a thought partner and an advisor.
