Jacki is everything we want in a realtor. She used all of her skills and experience formulating a successful scheme to sell our property. The mailers, open house, using a double marketing plan in both Flagstaff and the Phoenix Valley proved to be the perfect plan. From our initial phone call to the excepted offer in 5 days, we never doubted that she had our best interests as a focus. We would highly recommend Jacki to anyone selling in the Flagstaff market.

My husband and I started working with Sarah about 2 1/2 years ago. We were searching for a second home in Flagstaff, but our timing was not good as it was the start of Covid and the crazy real estate market that then ensued. We finally were able to come across the perfect property for us at a fair price, and Sarah was there with us every step of the way. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable about the Flagstaff market and Flag in general, and is also a very kind and patient person. Her attention to detail and quick response time to all my questions was incredible!! Thank you Sarah, for everything. We are very thankful for you!

Jacki Tait helped us buy our dream come true Bed & Breakfast. When I say "helped us" what I really mean is went far out of her way to walk us, step by step, through a very complicated purchase. We lived in another city at the time and Jacki kept us up to date and always responded promptly to my somewhat anxious texts. When the time came to sell our beautiful B&B (due to aging parents issues), Jacki was there for us AGAIN. She walked us through another anxiety producing process with patience, grace and steadfastness. Her marketing ideas and strategies were creative and fun. I can't say enough about Jacki Tait. She means the world to us and I think of her as our strong, intelligent, savvy gift from the universe.

I highly recommend Stacey if you are in the Northern AZ housing market. Her knowledge of the area, availability and responsiveness helped me to obtain my forever home. She was a pleasure to work with.

Jacki took us to look at a plethora of houses and made sure we didn’t settle until we found the perfect one! She answered all questions we may have had and was such a joy to work with! Cant wait to buy a house with her help as well!!

Beth Cornell went above and beyond my expectations for helping me find the perfect home. Beth is super knowledgeable, meticulous and dedicated. If you're looking for a great realtor the search is over, Beth is absolutely the best.

Excellent Service really takes care of business. Very pleased!

Extremely knowledgeable very helpful and wonderful to work with

From our first meeting we were so impressed with her. She is very professional yet personable and truly cares about her clients. She knows just how to present your needs to the other agent and works to bring about your desired results through many different means we would not have thought of ourselves. She has a network of contractors and helpers to step in when we needed them. During our sales process, we got sick and she immediately jumped in to take care of things so we could rest easy and get well. She did not miss a beat! She even brought us a care package and dropped it at our door! Jacki goes above and beyond to do all she can to help you! She definitely knows how to walk you through your stressful move step-by-step with wisdom and grace! Such a wonderful person to work with! We do not hesitate a bit in recommending her to help you with your real estate needs!

Stacey helped us when we first bought our first home and now again when we sold it. She is so knowledgeable and experienced. If you are looking for an amazing real estate agent, look no further!

Sarah made the entire process effortless and pleasant. Worked through many issues and resolved them as quickly and amicably as possible. She is thorough, detail oriented and meticulous. Got the best value for the house based on market analysis. We absolutely recommend Sarah to any one in the market to purchase or sell a property.

I highly recommend Jacki for the sale/purchase of your home. She was amazing in every aspect and each step of the way. She was on top of every detail for the sale of our home and every piece of advice was well informed and correct. We listed our home on January 17th and closed on April 7th. She responded immediately to all my questions and was honest in her answers whether it was what I wanted to hear or not. I had NO stress at anytime during this process. We were stubborn about dropping the price and when we finally listened we had an offer for our new asking price in less than a week and closed 1 month later. I hope to never move again but if I do, I’m calling Jacki immediately.
