Jacki is a true professional that understands the market and knows how to work in it. Had excellent communication with us. She was always ahead in seeing problems and solving them before they became a problem. She sold our property in 4 days, closed escrow early and got top dollar for us. She is rated in the top 3 of agents in Flagstaff on google search and rightfully so.

Working with Edwin was awesome. I’m a first time home buyer and not only did he take the time to explain the process and help me navigate all of the different situations that came up, but he did it with high integrity and prompt communication. I’m very grateful he was my first agent to work with and would call him again in future.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Mark Tait on two home purchases - our primary residence and a second home and we couldn’t be happier with the experience both times. Mark is everything you could hope for in a real estate agent: professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in finding the right home for his clients. He takes the time to understand your needs, offers honest insights, and goes above and beyond to ensure the process is smooth from start to finish. His communication is excellent - he’s always available to answer questions and explain each step clearly, which made what can often be a stressful process feel seamless and even enjoyable. What sets Mark apart is his commitment to building lasting relationships, not just closing deals. His guidance, patience, and market expertise have made us confident in every decision we’ve made. We truly trust his advice and value his dedication. If you’re looking for an agent who will work tirelessly for you and deliver exceptional results, we wholeheartedly recommend Mark. We’re grateful to have him as our realtor and will gladly work with him and his team, again in the future.

Mark Tait was crucial in finding my new condo. He gave me great advice but never pressured me to do anything. It felt like he always had time for me and made buying my first home a breeze even though I didn't know anything about buying a home! 10/10

I recently worked with Edwin for buyibg a rental condo and I couldn't happier with the experience. From the very first meeting he was clearly ready and kept me updated every step of the way. He was quick to respond to every inquiry and introduced me a good team to process forwarding. I would absolutely recommend Edwin to anyone looking for a reliable realtor.

Stacey is everything you want in a realtor. She’s smart, helpful, hardworking, considerate, and very knowledgeable about the local market. Her recommendation for list price was perfect, as we received a full price offer. She takes care of all the little details and makes everything easy. We were very satisfied with her service and highly recommend that you select her as your realtor

Jackie was absolutely amazing, kind and thoughtful! Selling my home came with unique and challenging circumstances. Jackie handled all the twists and turns with Grace. She was always quick to respond to my questions and offered reassurance when I needed it most. As a first time seller and a first time buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better team!

Jacki is a consummate professional in every aspect of the home purchase and sale process - extremely knowledgeable of the market, smart, thorough, efficient, prompt in her responses, and generally a delight to work with. My sister and I have both bought and sold properties in California, New York, and Arizona and Jacki is without a doubt the best realtor either of us has ever used. We are happy she is handling the sale of our old townhome as well. We look forward to another incredibly smooth transition.

Edwin Kim was so great to work with. He quickly learned what we type of property would best suite us. He was patient and accommodating whenever we changed our minds. He provided sound advice and recommendations. He was a pleasure to work with! We always enjoyed our time with Edwin.

Stacey and Team Three23 were well-organized and began with showings immediately after the listing went live. Despite some uncertain times with higher than usual mortgage rates and global financial instability, they found interested parties and successfully brought in a fair offer & back-up offer, ultimately handling the negotiations and eventual successful transaction in a professional manner. We highly recommend Stacey and her team.

Edwin Kim seamlessly took us through buying our comfy cottage get away. He was prompt and personable. We would definitely contact Edwin for our next purchase. Highly recommended.

Don't pass up the opportunity to work with Edwin! He is a breath of fresh air in a market that can feel impersonal and a little predatory. Edwin actually lives in the community and knows it well. He is honest and forthright, well-connected and all around pleasure to work with. He went way above and beyond, not only to make the sale go smoothly, but also to get set me up in the community. I highly recommend Edwin Kim.
