Brandelyn did a great job with our place. Even with us having left the state, her and her crew worked tirelessly with little monitoring to get it sold. She consistently hosted open houses and worked fast to get things double checked with her repair crew and staging. She got us most of the documents via DocuSign for our convenience rather than having to print, scan, then email them back. We’re satisfied with the final sale price also.
