Cheryl White

After we had a contract we needed to revisit the house numerous times for measurements, planning the reno etc. Our agent, Cheryl White, was always cheerfully willing to arrange revisits and stayed with us for several hours each time. She has become family to us!

Cheryl did an excellent job for me. She kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend her.

Cheryl listened to our wish list and worked with us over a couple of months to find several options and ultimately the perfect house. She was a huge help when it came time to get paperwork and for the closing. She even drove out of her way to pick up the keys when we couldn’t make it to the closing office ourselves. She made the whole process easy and made us confident in our choice to work with her!

I highly recommend Cheryl to help you find your new home. Cheryl has gone above and beyond on my search for houses. Five years ago she scoured a neighborhood to find our new home. Then recently, she worked with us again-patiently taking us from house to house until we found the one we loved. She is knowledgeable and caring. Thank you Cheryl for all your hard work and guidance.

Cheryl is an enthusiastic and effective communicator. She was so patient and kind with my lack of knowledge of the market as a first time home buyer. She worked diligently to find a home which meets my specific needs and desires. Highly recommended to anyone, especially first time home buyers.

We haven't bought real estate in over 20 years, and so much has changed. Cheryl was the most helpful agent we could have ask for. She is knowledgeable and organized, and helped us through every stage of the process. She sent reminders and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The entire process was made clear and easy for us to complete, and we closed on our dream property just over a month after walking it for the first time! We highly recommend Cheryl and will be using her services again to sell our current home.
