We moved out of state for a job and , prior to that we had our house on the market for a few months already with another agent, it was going slow , the busy season was over, and we got disappointed that our beautiful home did not sell. I came across Susan's Ad online , I called her, and she had everything taken care of for us from staging , to making sure all was functional in the house, she was so caring and I never met this women but I could tell from our phone conversations that she is passionate about what she does. From that point on I was less anxious about the house selling, because I knew it will sell with her, she had open houses and asked for my input, her and her team informed us about all the steps, so we were informed and knew exactly what was happening, her advertising is stunning...she is just a very hard working person....one evening she called me ...I knew we had an offer...the house was basically sold within the timeframes she said...I would recommend her to a family or friend and I will hire her again if I get to move back to B'ham...Thank you so much Susan, I wish you more success!!!!

The visits and open-houses she scheduled were well publicized and attracted good-sized groups of potential buyers. I spent most of my homebuying with Susan, and at the end, with her associate Brandelyn. Susan was amazing throughout the process. Buying a home was stressful. Because of my husband's job I had to do most of the searching on my own, and she was a great partner in the process. I think without her I would have had a mental breakdown, but she's full of grace and patience, and wise suggestions. We kept changing what we wanted and she handled that with such grace and expertise. (I couldn't find something that would work in the original price range and we changed it at least twice.) We have a large family and several unique needs because of health issues and such and Susan and her team paid total attention to everything I wanted, and often found other homes to check out that were wonderful. I often had to drive from our home in Tennessee to see houses and she and her team would make sure that we saw as many houses as possible that met our needs so that my trips made sense. She restructured her office to add team members and during that entire process still managed to keep up with us. During such a transition we could have been lost in the shuffle, but that was absolutely not the case, instead we had two great realtors helping us! Susan was there for us from beginning to end, even when Brandelyn (her associate) took us on, and I would completely recommend her office and any of her associates.

Brandelyn was very professional and helped us out every step of the way. I was nervous about the process, but she was always there to guide us and explain anything that I didn't understand. Simply put...Susan is GREAT!!! We originally listed our home (first week of June 2015) with a different agent. We were extremely excited bc of all the promises that were made to us. We were even more excited when we got an offer...but sadly it fell through :-(. We continued to stay positive but after months of having no home viewings and not being able to get in touch with our realtor we had to move on...AND THAT WAS THE BEST DECISION WE COULD HAVE EVER MADE!!! Susan actually reached out to us and we were a little skeptical so we held multiple interviews to see who would be a good fit for us. The reason we picked Susan is bc she is honest, straight forward, does her homework, and loves what she does. She told us exactly what the market suggest we should sell our home for, made suggestions on what to do to make it sell quicker, had a professional photographer, and most importantly stayed in contact with us through out the entire process. We listed our home with Susan Oct 2015 and thought there was no way anybody was looking to buy so close to the holidays but she told us to let her take care of everything and within a few weeks...i repeat A FEW WEEKS...we received more home viewing than we had over the 4 1/2 months listed with the previous agent. We were at a loss for words. We closed on our house Dec 2015!!! She told us from the beginning that she loves what she does for a living, she loves the challenge of selling, and that she would do what was in our best interest as far as negotiating...and she did just that!!! Susan was absolutely wonderful in every aspect of our sales transaction. Her extensive knowledge of the real estate landscape, specifically that of the target demographics, allowed us to properly update the home and list the property at a very competitive price. As a result, within 3 days of the property being listed, we had 8 showings and 4 offers. The house was under contract two days after, and our closing was effortless. She also was extremely helpful in the subsequent purchase of our new home. Despite numerous challenges presented by the lender, Susan remained calm, reassuring, and professional throughout the entire process.
