Unfortunately I didn't get to work with Susan for an extended period - she called me by end of the 2nd day with 6 offers! We had a finalized contract by the end of day 3. I know many agents but wanted to use a local realtor that knew and lived in the area. Susan was highly recommend by a local business I used for years.
