Samantha Romero is a an excellent choice for a realtor. I originally was going to sell by owner, only to find out how little ability you have to promote your house online. The deck is still stacked against FSBO. Samantha and GK Realty utilize some very good marketing tools and make the process of selling easy. Plus Samantha understands the MLS and will list it in more places and take less percent than other realtors. I saved money and sold my house after 1 day. She listened to me and was very helpful, smart, communicative, upfront, and most of all depenable. Samantha is a great real estate agent choice.

Samantha is a pleasure to work with. Her knowledge, professionalism and communication skills make the home buying experience not only positive but fun.
