Words cannot express my appreciation for a job well done. Amanda was patience and understanding. My uncle and I had to deal with a squatter that was problematic and finally had to be removed by the sheriff's department. My uncle had to move out and the squatter took over the entire house. Amanda worked with me and our legal counsel for his removal. He also stole items that we had to replace and Amanda coordination the installation and communications between several parties that allowed me, as my uncle's personal representative, to not be present during much of the sales process. After needing to sell my fathers' home, as well as needing to purchase another house, my father got in contact with Samantha. She was able to find 100's of listings within the week, but none really stood out. After she said it's crunch time for my father to make a decision, she sent us a house that was on the market for only 8 hours. This was Friday. I contacted her the next day, which was Saturday, and she had an open house I forgot about. She reserved the time to meet at the location my father and I were interested in, and this was by far the nicest of all the listings, for the price. Samantha Romero is a an excellent choice for a realtor. I originally was going to sell by owner, only to find out how little ability you have to promote your house online. The deck is still stacked against FSBO. Samantha and GK Realty utilize some very good marketing tools and make the process of selling easy. Plus Samantha understands the MLS and will list it in more places and take less percent than other realtors. I saved money and sold my house after 1 day. She listened to me and was very helpful, smart, communicative, upfront, and most of all depenable. Samantha is a great real estate agent choice.
