Words cannot express my appreciation for a job well done. Amanda was patience and understanding. My uncle and I had to deal with a squatter that was problematic and finally had to be removed by the sheriff's department. My uncle had to move out and the squatter took over the entire house. Amanda worked with me and our legal counsel for his removal. He also stole items that we had to replace and Amanda coordination the installation and communications between several parties that allowed me, as my uncle's personal representative, to not be present during much of the sales process.
