We selected Jill based on her knowledge of horse properties. She was very helpful with orchestrating whatever we needed done to sell the property. She advertised in appropriate venues and enlarged her sale sign when requested. We depended on her to be available as needed on the property since we were long distance. She worked well to bring all together to make the sale happen. Jill is trustworthy and will advocate for whoever she is working with.

For my first ever home buying experience I could not recommend a better realtor than Allison. She is prompt in her response back to you, with the longest response taking less than 24 hours. Allison is very knowledgable of the real estate industry, being able to answer all my questions less anything affiliated with the homeowners association and management itself, but took the initiative to reach out to them on my behalf. Not to mention, Allison recommended the very best mortgage lender who also made my home buying process seamless on the financial side. I will be keeping Allison in mind for any other future home buying and/or selling transactions on the horizon.
